Royal Essence – Return & Refund Policy

At Royal Essence, we pride ourselves on providing high-quality fragrances. To maintain hygiene standards and provide clarity on our products, please review our policy below before completing your purchase.

Important Product Information

  • Quality Standard: All perfumes offered by Royal Essence are A+ Quality Inspired Versions.

  • Hygiene Policy: For health and hygiene reasons, perfume items cannot be exchanged or refunded once the packaging has been opened or the product has been used, unless the item is proven faulty.

  • Purchase Responsibility: We ask that you ensure you are fully satisfied with your choice before ordering. Once an order is confirmed and delivered, returns and refunds are generally not accepted for change of mind.


1. Order Confirmation & Processing

All orders are subject to availability. Once payment is processed, you will receive a confirmation email. We reserve the right to cancel any order suspected of fraud or containing incorrect information prior to dispatch.

2. Shipping & Proof of Delivery

  • Accuracy: Customers are responsible for providing an accurate and complete delivery address.

  • Tracking: Once dispatched, tracking details will be provided.

  • Proof of Delivery: Delivery confirmation (tracking status, GPS data, or courier signature) is considered valid proof of successful delivery. Once the courier confirms delivery, the order is deemed fulfilled.

3. Lost, Missing, or Stolen Packages

Royal Essence is not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" by the courier but reported as lost or stolen by the customer. In these instances, customers should contact the courier or local authorities. Any claims of non-receipt must be reported to us within 48 hours of the tracking confirmation.


4. Returns & Refunds

Under UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you may request a return within 7 days of receipt, provided:

  • The item is completely unused, undamaged, and in its original, sealed packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is provided.

Refunds will NOT be issued if:

  • The item is confirmed as delivered by the tracking service.

  • The product shows signs of use, damage after delivery, or misuse.

  • An incorrect delivery address was provided.

  • A chargeback is initiated before contacting our support team.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.


5. Chargeback & Dispute Policy

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly to resolve any issues.

  • Dispute Evidence: If a chargeback is filed for an order with a "Successful Delivery" status, we will submit all tracking data, proof of delivery, and communication records to the bank.

  • Policy Abuse: Fraudulent chargeback claims may result in account suspension and the blocking of future orders.

6. Fraud Prevention

To protect our customers and our business, we monitor transactions for high-risk behavior. Orders flagged by our system may require identity verification or may be cancelled at our discretion.
